The Lost Circus--antici... pation.

I'm super excited about this event tonight. It's been so long since I've gotten all dressed up with friends. Most of Apartment Jones will be going, plus our lovely Babs. I'm still not sure what to do about my hair. I have so much of it!!

Anyway. The Lost Circus offers to be really amazing--music, burlesque, bellydancing, aerial acts, contortionists--so.... eeee!! <3 Hopefully there will be a follow-up post with photos.

Tegaki background doodle

I like Tegaki's background option, though you're limited to the Tegaki canvas. So, I went with something that would look more or less "natural" since images are automatically justified to the bottom left of the page. Check it at my Tegaki blog, and write/draw to me if you're on there! =)

Living in NYC has been okay, except for me being wiped out by a cold. Everyone else in Apartment Jones seemed to get over it with little difficulty. But nooo, I had miss a bunch of days due to notable fatigue and increased sensitivity to motion sickness and anything that I consumed. I dislike missing so many days of work. I fell better now, but the cough always takes so long to go away. Boo.

The look of the Dapper Cat Carnival blog may be a bit of an eye sore for x time as I learn how to make layouts and set code. In the meantime, I hope you're rocking hard in this summer heat. \m/
