One of the very rare moments I can think up a pun, it's a nerdy English joke. A diaeresis (which has multiple variant spellings) is when a diacritic mark, or ¨, is used to indicate when a vowel is pronounced separately, such as in the word "naïve."
Meanwhile I keep changing the tag for these comics. The blog url is very long. I need my website up, dangit!
